Open BIM Roadshow
The launch of Archicad 29 across 12 cities in October 2025 was a milestone event for the Archicad design community.
Local architects joined us in each city to present case studies showcasing the power of Open BIM and the use of IFC in real projects.
The program highlighted inspiring success stories and explored how collaboration is strengthened through IFC workflows.
Central Innovation also provided a platform for Women in BIM, amplifying diverse voices and perspectives within the industry.
Xchange 2025 July
Alongside our senior Graphisoft BIM Specialists, we attended the Xchange Conference at UTS in Sydney.
Representatives from across Australia and Asia Pacific shared inspiring stories and research on Open BIM, making it a valuable forum for knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration in the design and construction community.
Mentoring beyond the classroom
Real‑world experience is invaluable in inspiring students about future career possibilities. QIC generously hosted final‑year interior architecture students for a behind‑the‑scenes tour of a shopping centre under construction. The visit offered a unique opportunity to explore unfinished tenancies and gain practical insights into building services and construction processes.
